I had high hopes for this place based on my previous experience.i used my points to booked the accomodation ,but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room they allocate for me was small . The view was not at all what I expected — disappointing! To make matters worse, the staff who assisted me was busy .i wasn’t finished with my inquiry but she left me standing there at the counter for at least 10 mins .

We had a nice time. Thank you Novotel. The positives the room was great and had a lovely view. Nice and clean and the bathroom was excellent. Pool gym excellent Lobby lifts easy to get around. The Negative for our stay and this is not to.be rude but to honest and help in the future for improvements. Afternoon manager lovely but hard to understand. There was a confusion with breakfast price. We thought he said 30 dollars if we just turn up. If we book it's a 12 dollar fee each. We went for breakfast and the lady who greeted us said 42 each and I replied the manager said 30. She spoke back quite abruptly quoting that he s wrong and prices have gone up. She was a bit short and I was quite polite. We respect people and not demanding like some people. I also asked her re coffee and she snapped back saying there is machine before I finished. I don't have ful cram.milk and the machine does not give you options. . The music was way too loud in the restaurant. The food good but hard to serve when you have a plate and have to put lids somewhere to get food out. One man dropped the pan lid. If you put the lid on another lid it can slip.off. Mattress in room needs updating woke up stiff. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and will come back.

The service was great and the room was comfy with a great location. My only problem was I wanted to stay longer but my flights were booked so had to go. Looking forward to coming back again.

Our stay was short, only two nights. Everything from a warm and professional welcome, to a comfortable and well presented room. All our various meal needs were well met and the staff across all services made us welcome and dealt with our needs quickly. The Geelong Novotel will be our first choice stay on all future visits.
