I really think this hotel has dropped the ball on customer service, issues, no air in room, they were locked front the front desk and they had had numerous complaints . While I was there. Internet was only really available in the lobby or if you got lucky maybe 1-2 bars in room. The room as ok, their shower is extremely slippery . I would recommend not staying there . Also when you try to email them , they may or may not get back to you.

CLEAN AND NEW, BUT DEFINATELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL TERRIBLE SERVICE/ STAFF NOT TRAINED WE DID RECIEVE A MAKE-BELIEVE UPGRADE/COFFEE POD MACHINE IN ROOM/STICKER ON THE DOOR THAT STATED PRIVELAGED /SLIPPERS AND A GOWN? ON ONE OF THE DAYS AT THIS HOTEL WE ARRIVED BACK TO OUR ROOM TO FIND THAT THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM/ WE ASKED WHY THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WHEN WE LEFT A TAG ON THE DOOR STATING WE WERE OUT/ WE WERE TOLD THAT THE CLEANERS DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND LEAVING A TAG ON DOOR MEANS DONT CLEAN THE ROOM?/ UNFORTUNATELY FOR US, ALL CLEANING STAFF HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient—close to the city center and Haymarket—that’s about the only positive. Shockingly, there was no internet available throughout my stay, and I was only informed of this at check-in. To make matters worse, the in-room phone lines were also not working. This meant that any time I needed assistance, I had to walk down three floors to speak with reception. Despite raising the issue, nothing was done for two full days because it was the weekend—completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be reputable. The lack of internet and poor mobile reception in the room made it incredibly difficult to plan my sightseeing or onward travel. In today’s world, basic connectivity is a must, and this hotel failed to deliver on that front. I won’t be returning.
