Checked in for a night as a stop over to travel the next morning. Staff were friendly throughout & easy check in-out process. The room was a twin it was clean, comfortable beds, the hotel is in the city centre but there was noise and it didn’t help us have a peaceful nights sleep unfortunately. The shower was quite small especially if you are taller it’s manageable but not ideal. I would not let either of these put you off the hotel though. Breakfast was fine plenty to choose from. Location wise it’s ideal if you are here to explore the city. I would stay again if needed :)

Service was top notch, from check in to check out. Location was perfect and within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Excellent shower water pressure and nice clean rooms. Fantastic beds, pillows, and duvets. Enjoyed comfortable, uninterrupted sleep each night. Lots of breakfast options to start the day right. Johnathan and Karina were exceptional and took the time to provide my family with lots of information on Edinburgh, and always greeted us warmly when they were at reception. I'll stay here every time I'm in Edinburgh.

The hotel has an excellent location, near of train station, especially since the arrival is not as affected by climbs, which would not be easy with luggage. Yoy have the Old City just in front of you and all the top atractions in Edimburg. The staff is very friendly and clear in their recommendations. The food at the hotel is good if you don't feel like looking for a place to eat; but also there are many restaurants nearby if you prefer. The room was spacious and comfortable, a nice place to take a break after a day touring the city. Yo can connect the TV with your streaming apps so, is great. I supposed that, if I go back to Edimburg, I'll be back to the Ibis 😊. Greetings 🤗

Great location in which to base yourself to explore Edinburgh. Rooms are exceptionally clean with good design and are very quiet with double glazing. Rooms vary considerably in size so if you are there for more than a night, ask for a larger one if available. Good breakfast.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and being that it was our first time visiting Edinburgh, the hotel was more than what we expected or read about. From check in , the hotel staffs are super friendly and professional. The room was perfect for our stay , very clean and comfortable. The best part was that it was central to walking all sights in the city . The breakfast was a great variety of continental food and porridge which I also had for the first time! I will definitely return and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone interested in booking a trip to the beautiful city of Edinburgh.
