Thank you for taking the time and trouble to complete a survey following your recent stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs. We all take great pride in providing our guests with the highest standards of service, therefore I am very sorry to learn that we failed to meet your expectations fully due to the size of the washroom & guestroom on the 2nd floor. The Fairmont Banff Springs is a unique property. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, much of our original structure has been maintained and as caretakers of this property, we always keep our heritage in mind. In some cases, also, our infrastructure or architecture does not allow for large variances when we renovate and therefore we do our best to ensure a level of luxury still exists, where space may not.
