La chambre, duplex, n’était pas ce que l’on m’avait décrit au téléphone. La robinetterie est, disons vieillotte. Prendre une douche dans la baignoire est un exploit dangereux pour une personne âgée. Pas de frigidaire comme promis dans la pub, le coffre ne fonctionnait pas. Le restaurant est bon, tout le personnel de l’hôtel est parfait.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre chambre n'a pas répondu à vos attentes et nous comprenons les préoccupations soulevées concernant la robinetterie. Nous vous confirmons que la chambre dispose bien d'un mini bar qui est dans le placard du bureau et d'un coffre fort. Si celui ci était défectueux sur simple demande auprès de la réception, nous l'aurions réinitialisé. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre restaurant et la qualité de notre personnel.
