チームラボのような体験型プロジェクションマッピングをスパ休憩エリアに設置してください。コーヒードリンクバーだけは常時稼働させてください。屋外パークにあるnasobo文字モニュメントを修繕してください。

施設はキレイで、ご飯もとても良かったです。子連れ専用宿というくらい、小さい子だらけでした。うちには小さい子がいるので、ピッタリの宿でした。そこら中で赤ちゃんが泣いてるので、大人の旅にはオススメしません。 接客は残念です。フロント含めてぶっきらぼうです。 部屋にはハンドソープの代わりに謎のリンスが置いてあり、交換してもらいました。 温泉の後に食事会場に行きましたが、一番最後の時間なので周りには結構空きがありました。お風道具を置く場所がなかったので、バッグ入れか、テーブルにもう一席椅子をもらってもよいか、受付で預かってくれないか言ってみたんですが、どれも無理との事で断られました。周りは席空いていて、他のテーブルにはベビーベッド横付けしてたりするのに椅子の追加を拒否るのは謎です。

I loved the fact that there are a lot of fun facilities which could keep my kids busy. I think the room was clean and the hotel was also clean. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were so so. Some dishes like sweets and sour pork and the butter chicken were not good at all, although I liked that they had menus like hot dogs and nachos which you don't see in other hostels' buffet.

遊び場と宿泊ルームは子供は満足していました。ただ、改善してほしい箇所以下2点記載します。 1.館内着　普通に上下に分かれているタイプの方が子供にとって着やすいです。大人用の上着？っぽいポンチョも謎でした。 2.ウェルカムコーナーやショップの営業時間　15時からというのが使いづらいです。サービス内容的にもオールインクルーシブ感があまりなかったです。

オールインクルーシブとのことで予約しましたが、夕食は付いておらず別料金（しかも8000円/人と強気の価格設定）、気持ちばかりのラウンジで飲み物と茶菓子がある程度で全くオールインクルーシブとは言えない施設です。
