Once you enter the hotel you feel everyone is scared and unhappy !! the lobby restaurant is a highlight. It’s simple yet nicely designed, and the food served there is genuinely good. However, breakfast was a disappointment. The main restaurant is extremely small, cramped, and overcrowded. It was so packed that the only alternative was a meeting room, which didn’t feel appropriate for dining. The breakfast buffet itself looked sparse unappetizing and very old .. definitely in need of touch ups.

Overall, the hotel needs some serious updating, both in its facilities and its service energy. There are some good elements, but it’s hard to overlook the basics that were lacking as there is many hotels sake price and better quality vibes.
