The staff at the front desk is absolutely awesome to work with. Problem solvers, great communicators, excellent follow-up on requests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the restaurant staff attentive and professional. All around excellent experience!

We had a flight delay and landed at this hotel as an airline accommodation. The rooms were very clean and the check in process was straightforward. Breakfast was beautifully amazing! Lots of options to choose from. The fresh juices were the best part. Our server at breakfast, Rosa, did an awesome job.

I stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Lima during a road trip and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff was always kind and professional. The best part of my stay was the service—Giancarlo was especially friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel 100%

Great hotel and amenities, Giancarlo offers quality customer support really nice individual. Breakfast was great and the room was amazing as well, their downstairs bar offers some great Aperol’s. In general we give the hotel and Giancarlo 5 stars Until next time!

The food was really nice, and Arturo’s attention was incredible. The salmon with puré de lúcuma was especially good. The gnocchi on the rock had a rich, deep flavor, and the croquetas de plátano were something I had never tried before. Overall, the experience was lovely, and I would definitely come back.
