So nice! The staff was impressive and all was perfect. So glad we had the chance to try this restaurant. Dennis from Philippines was very nice and the food very good. First time we ever tried the oysters. Will make sure to return to this hotel and to the restaurant. 10/10 Thank you so much!

We booked this hotel as it’s mine and my husbands 50th Birthday’s this year and our 20th Wedding Anniversary so wanted to stay somewhere special and it didn’t disappoint. We stayed for 11 nights and everything was amazing. Room was fantastic and the cleaner did an amazing job every day. The towel art was brilliant. The food is the best that we have had at an all inclusive hotel. We tried 3 of the 4 a la carte’s and we really enjoyed them all. The drinks were fantastic, just so much choice. For beers there were Peroni, Budweiser, Stella, Efes, Corona, Heineken plus afew more. Each bar did different cocktails too. We loved the DJ on the beach whilst the sun set. The sea was like getting into a warm bath. The hotel did get really busy afew days after we arrived with children but it didn’t bother us. We always sat on the grass area and always managed to get into the pool easily and served quickly at the swim up bar. We also never struggled to get a table in the buffet restaurant, we mainly sat in the adults only section and there was never really many people in there. Every single staff member were so helpful and everyone that you walked past greeted us. We really could not fault this hotel and look forward to visting again in the future.

Have recently returned from a 14 night stay at Rixos. This was our 4th visit and the first 10 nights were excellent. Pros Bedroom lovely Staff wonderful Beach fantastic Food and drink excellent Special thanks to Romell,Maria and Remy at 'People's ' Didem at the lobby bar and an extra Special thanks to the wonderful Gabriel at the beach bar.He never stopped working, smiling and Tireless. An absolute star. Cons After 10 days,the UK holidays started and the hotel was full of unruly unsupervised children. Meals in the a la carte restaurants were very noisy and it was impossible to relax and enjoy. Staff were putting families in the Adult only section in the buffet.... Nearly impossible to get a seat in the lobby bar and children using scooters up and down the lobby....their parents had no respect for other guests. We had hoped to return later this year, but because of the number and bad behaviour of some of the children we will have to think long and hard about it Mr John and Virginia N.IRELAND

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Stay – Rixos, Saadiyat Island , Abu Dhabi Never Disappoints! This was our 4th visit to Rixos Abu Dhabi and it just keeps getting better. My wife Philomena and I stayed in room 2417, joined by her four sisters and her lovely mother. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being welcomed back home. Our bedroom was immaculate, with fresh bedding, crisp sheets, and a daily cleaning and turndown service that was flawless. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team—they kept the room spotless and made us feel genuinely looked after. Breakfast and lunch were always a delight, with a wide variety of delicious food and top-quality wines and beers on offer. The waiters and waitresses were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Nothing was ever a problem, no matter how small the request. Poolside service was equally impressive. The waiters by the pool were outstanding, bringing drinks and snacks with a smile and making sure everyone was relaxed and well looked after. A special mention to the staff who looked after my mother-in-law, ensuring she had a comfortable chair by the pool each day—that kindness did not go unnoticed. One moment that really stood out: I wasn’t feeling well one evening, and without me saying a word, the staff brought me a hot Irish whiskey—it was such a thoughtful, unexpected gesture that truly touched me. And finally, The Olive, the Italian restaurant, was my absolute favourite. The food was 10/10, and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure a perfect dining experience every time. A special thank you to Dasun, Tayyab, Romel, and Rochelle—your kindness, professionalism, and warmth made this stay one of the best we’ve ever had. To anyone considering Rixos Abu Dhabi: you won’t find better service, atmosphere, or hospitality anywhere else. We’ll be back—again and again!

Our trip was half outside May half term and half inside May half term. It did start getting hotter and more busy in May half term. Weather was around late 30 degrees. The crowd is better outside of the half term also. You do get some lovely people going to this resort but you also get people who think they are better than you, however that didn’t ruin our trip at all. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The staff are the best staff I have come across in any setting. They are all so polite, friendly, helpful, constantly keeping an eye out to make sure if you needed a sun bed, if you was thirsty, if you needed anything at all, even a courtesy call asking if we’d like help with our luggage, you really felt like you was somewhere special because of the staff alone, the cleaners are amazing, the resort and the rooms were spotless. The food was very good also. Staying for 9 nights we were able to book all the a la cartes also. Make sure you either email the hotel before you go to get them booked in or book them in as soon as you check in as many people were disappointed that they couldn’t get all the restaurants booked in for their stay. -the buffet was very similar for breakfast and dinner with slight changes made, the quality is very good and we never got bored of eating there. -the pool has a ln a la carte restaurant which we had for lunch most days and they had a nice selection of food there, menu there I think could be improved a little, felt a little to fast food like as most items were deep fried or heavy on the carbs, however as in all the restaurants friendly staff and we enjoyed eating there overall that’s why we went there most days. -the Turkish was nice but being honest there’s room for improvement with that restaurant, the Turkish restaurants are better in London, however the lamb were incredibly tender , we would have liked a more traditional bbq grill restaurant and felt like the ordering system was a little bit all over the place there. -the Asian was lovely, tasty selection of food, and nice variety. -the mermaid seafood restaurant was very nice, not a great selection if you’re in a group and someone doesn’t eat fish though. However the food was so good there! The meze was very tasty, octopus was done very well. For me to be in an all include and they are serving oysters and lobster included is such a special touch. -the Italian restaurant was our favourite, amazing setting, felt like you was in a restaurant in central London with live music, wonderful incredible wood oven pizza, it was truly excellent! - all the cocktails everywhere where made to a high level too, offering different cocktails in each restaurant and all were done very well. Swim up room, this was well worth. We used it for a couple of hours each day. It comes in handy if it gets too hot or in between that time of getting back from the pool/beach and getting ready. The beach is beautiful with smooth sand, beach bar, warm water, and afternoon DJ on the weekends. The pool and pool bar are very good, most of the guests are drinking around the pool bar relaxing and getting to know each other. The wave pool is more of a gentle wave with a few water fountains which I found much more fun and accessible, we spent a lot of time there having fun and relaxing. The kids waterslides are really good for young kids and early teens, and large enough for adults to go on with their kids too. At every sun bed in all those location there is a button you can press and the waiting staff will take drink orders and bring them to you which was amazing! The indoor bars are incredible, serving really good cocktails and a great selection of other drinks too. Night time entertainment is live music outside which was always good fun! The kids entertainment I have seen better elsewhere however all the kids enjoyed it, there is certainly room for improvement there, but like I said all the kids definitely enjoyed the staff there and what was on offer. Overall we had an amazing time, would highly recommend, it does get busy with kids during the school holidays, we would certainly return, this place was definitely something special for us.
