Pullman Hotel is located in a nice area, next to 2 x train stations (Mita and Tamachi). There are also plenty of restaurants/eateries and a couple of convenience stores in the office building next door. The rooms are lovely and quite large (around 30m2) for Tokyo. The layout/design is pretty smart and makes good use of the room size. Beds/pillows are soft and comfortable. The staff are all wonderful but special mention must be made of Hannah at the Reception/Check In desk. I arrived very early due to having to check out of my previous accommodation at a ridiculously early time. I was aware that the check in time wasn’t until 3.00pm but Hannah did her best to get me checked in early. Furthermore she was great at keeping me updated as to the estimated check in time. In addition to that I had a nighttime flight on departure. On top of everything she’d already done, Hannah also arranged a very generous check out time which ensured that I didn’t have to leave for the airport too early. Thanks again Hannah. You’re a credit to the entire accommodation industry!

Room was spacious for Superior Suite Room, we were really enjoy the room. For breakfast the food was delicious, lounge was okay but maybe need better food serving like Swissotel Nankai Osaka. Overall we really did enjoy the stay. Thank you especially for Ms. Hannah Go

Pullman Tamachi is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious for Tokyo, it feels premium compared to most other Pullman hotels and the staff are amazing

Excellent hotel. Staff were lovely, room was excellent and comfortable. Food was well worth the experience. Hotel well placed to access transport and interesting to watch the train service. Other countries could learn a great deal.Would recommend and would return to visit.

Wonderfully located near Tamachi station and Mita Station. Very close to both stations and most of the walkways are covered so it works very well during rain. The hotel is located side by side to a mall but we didn’t visit the mall. It is located in working office area I was told so the train station is busy during early and evening time but still manageable. We love how easy walk it is to the hotel. The staffs are very efficient and friendly. Example: to ship luggages, we only need to show the shipping place and we didn’t need to pay upfront as they will charge us with the bill. We could also leave our luggages when we left to Osaka since we came back during our last night stay. Breakfast was delicious. They provide combination of Japanese/American breakfast with some made to order daily menu. We got the regular twin room. The bed is very comfortable and one of the most comfortable beds we have had. The shower also has very good water pressures. They give pajamas, slippers, even a small slippers for my son. The room also has a safe, Nescafe machine and smelling good shampoos/conditioners/body was and hand wash. The room also has bench that you can sit on while watching the outside activities by the windows. I forgot the name of the gentlemen that helped us during the stay. They were wonderful! All of them are at the check in counter, one of the gentleman helped us with our 6 luggages.
