A particular circumstance that needs to be mentioned. I inadvertently left my wallet in the room safe. It wasn't until I arrived at Yokohama to board the Queen Elizabeth for a cruise that I realised that I did not have it. My taxi driver called the hotel and mentioned my predicament. Hotel staff were able to locate my wallet, and a taxi was arranged to pick it up and deliver it to me at the pier in Yokohama. The wallet arrived with a member of the Pullman staff who delivered my wallet to me. I am extremely grateful and very impressed with the effort made by the staff at the Pullman to solve my problem. My wallet arrived at approximately 1545 which gave me 15 minutes to board the ship as boarding closed at 1600. Unfortunately, I was a bit too preoccupied with solving my predicament that I did not get any names. But they know who they are, and hopefully the message of my gratitude for their efforts can be passed on. That also applies to all staff who we dealt with. Apologies for the delay in sending this but we only arrived home a few days ago and now have reliable internet.

服务挺不错的,英语应该是日本少有很标准的酒店。但是WiFi信号真的好差。我是在酒店收到的switch2,下载一个游戏都要花费将近10小时。真的让人非常着急。希望酒店能升级一下wifi。除此之外,各方面都很上乘的酒店

The hotel is located in a quiet business area. The hotel is very modern and looks brand new. The rooms are very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were treated with respect, whether in the restaurant, the lounge, at the reception, or at the rooftop bar. It was a wonderful stay for us.

Our recent stay on June 13, 2025, was truly delightful from start to finish. Despite arriving early, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready for us, making for an incredibly smooth check-in process thanks to the accommodating Thai staff member (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me!). He went above and beyond, even helping us arrange luggage delivery to our next hotel upon checkout – a thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated. Our suite was nothing short of fantastic! We particularly loved the expansive window, which offered a wonderful view and made the room feel incredibly bright and open. The executive lounge was another highlight. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Ms. Youngah Kim, the Executive Lounge Manager. The evening cocktail spread was impressive, with a fantastic selection of food and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already looking forward to our next visit!
