We took the eco tour with the bike and boat tour, and we stopped at the beautiful cave cenote, butterfly sanctuary, and bee hives. I loved the cenote!!! Mauricio and Ivan did an excellent job navigating us through the tour. They are so friendly and knowledgeable.

We just returned from six unforgettable nights at the Fairmont Mayakoba, staying in a beachfront casita, and it was truly paradise. The room was stunning—spacious, serene, and just steps from the sand with the most breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having coffee on our private terrace was absolute heaven. The entire resort is a dream. From the pristine beaches and crystal clear pools to the lush, jungle-like surroundings and mangrove canals, everything feels both luxurious and deeply connected to nature. The boat ride through the canal was a peaceful and scenic experience, and snorkeling at the reef just offshore was a highlight for our family. The bikes provided for guests made it fun and easy to explore the grounds, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. We were also blown away by the culinary experience. Every meal, from beachside ceviche to handcrafted cocktails at sunset, was delicious and beautifully presented. But as incredible as the setting and food were, what made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. We cannot say enough about our butler team, Fernanda Salgado and Javier Alarcon. They were absolutely phenomenal, warm, professional, and attentive in a way that made us feel genuinely cared for. From arranging activities and suggesting the perfect restaurants to anticipating every need (often before we even asked), they elevated our stay in every possible way. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and joyfulness set the tone for our entire trip. Fernanda and Javier, you are the reason we’ll be returning. If you’re considering Fairmont Mayakoba, don’t hesitate. It’s not just a beautiful resort, it’s an experience made extraordinary by the people who work there. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.

What a fantastic stay for my family and me. Service was amazing. Loved our casita. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. our butlers Daniel and Alejandro were so attentive. Not to mention how great the food was! We will be back! Everyone made us feel right at home.

An AMAZING resort and a FANTASTIC Team! Special thanks to Agustin and Vanessa for taking such great care of us! All food & beverage on property was delicious, we tried all restaurants and it’s hard to pick a favorite. Would highly recommend and we will be back soon for sure!

My wife and I had our wedding at the beautiful Fairmont Mayakoba resort. We had been planning the wedding for over a year and when it finally came to the big day, we couldn't have been happier. Every guest that came absolutely loved their time at the resort. They kept saying that it gave White Lotus vibes. Apart from the beauty of the resort, I would be remise if I didn't talk about the customer service. Everyone, from the bell hop to the front desk to housekeeping etc, everyone at this resort is incredibly nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I cannot express how great everyone who worked their is. Lastly, we thank the Fairmont Mayakoba wedding team, specifically Jaime Alcaron. Jaime was awesome. He helped turn our dream wedding into a reality.
