Asif was very attentive and very accomodating to us. Very well informed and great customer service. Great job Asif. Our stay in the Pullman was excellent and totally recommend to family and friends. Pullman had excellent location. Rooms were immaculate, lits of activities to do and the all inclusive package was a real good value.

The Spa at Pullman Resort Maldives is exceptional. The massage therapists are excellent and caring. Rahul was fantastic. I highly recommend him for a relaxing massage. The staff at the spa and overall resort are accomodating, friendly, and go beyond to satisy guests.

My partner and I went here for our honeymoon. We had a truly memorable stay! The villas and surrounding scenery were absolutely stunning—pure paradise. What really made our experience special, however, was the amazing staff. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was always ready to help. A special shout-out to Sangam at Sol Rising and Krishna at Hub, who crafted some of the best drinks we have ever had—truly unforgettable. The service they provided was unmatched. At Melange, Chefs Ram and Krishna made sure I was enjoying every meal, taking special care of my veg dietary preferences. They also offered to make dishes for me despite the buffet that was available. I felt truly cared for and looked after. Also, a big thank you to buggy drivers—especially Saligram, who always greeted us with a warm smile and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. And a heartfelt thanks to Deepak, who guided us so patiently and encouraged us to try snorkeling for the first time in our lives—an experience we’ll never forget! Finally, thanks Manoj for ensuring our check-in and checkout process smooth!! We appreciate it. We would definitely come back to this resort, mainly because of the incredible staff and the outstanding service they provided. Highly recommended!

Pullman - INDEED the most Generous All Inclusive!

When we were flying over to Pullman, we saw advertisements saying "Pullman The most Generous All Inclusive Resort in the Maldives". What exactly does this mean?? Let me tell you. It means that needs/wants were always graciously accommodated. It means a peaceful feeling of not being nickel and dimed even when you're on the inclusive plan. From the simplest things like not being charged for a jug of juice to take to our room to things like tipping. We had a premium all-inclusive package. At some all-in resorts in the Maldives, even though it's a $0 bill at the end of the night, they still print out a receipt and ask you to sign, allowing for tips. This is fine as service at both the resorts we stayed at was exceptional but at Pullman, there was no $0 bill for any meal. (We still tipped because we wanted to but there wasn't a feeling of obligation if that makes sense). And then there was generosity of spirit from the people. Our first experience with this was the sweetest bartender at Sol, Nimo. She radiates sweetness. This is also true of the lovely gentlemen that worked at Souq Oven - Zakwaan, Shaanim, and Nawaaz. What great guys!! We ate at Souq 5 times in 5 days (4 dinners and 1 lunch) because of the exceptional, professional service and great food. Thank you gentlemen for making our dining luxurious and high end because of your attentive, wonderful service. The girl (sorry I don't have her name but she's an Asian girl with beautiful eyes) who worked at reception/Hub who helped us try to call British Airways and Qatar, and who confirmed our late checkout was also amazing and helpful. Miraz, who took us to Sol our last afternoon, knows everything! In addition, getting to and from Pullman, you are escorted and cared for completely by a Pullman rep whether it's on a speedboat, at Kooddoo, at Male where they meet your domestic flight, get your bags and take you to your international connection, or in the air conditioned special lounge for Pullman guests waiting for the speedboat - we felt very pampered and cared for. Food was great at this resort - obviously we loved Souq and Melange (the buffet restaurant) was fantastic too. Amazing selection and at night, live music! Rooms - for us, night and day difference between beach villa and certain over the water villas: we initially had room 110 on the beach and the view to the ocean was through the trees which was great for a cozy, backyard pool feeling but we're from Alberta and we wanted to see ALL the ocean so we checked out the otw villas and for us, villas from 601-625 were the best. We moved to 616 and LOVED IT SO MUCH. When we got to the room, and they opened the doors leading to the deck and villa, we were hit with the wow-factor!! The endless ocean, the smooth sand right in front of our villa, and seeing stingrays, turtles, sharks, and schools of bright blue fish swim right by us was beyond amazing. We loved this room. If you are water people like us and spend the majority of your holiday in the pool or ocean, pool villas start at room 613. Room 601 looked amazing because of it's location - it's right by this sandbar which has incredible shades of blue and green water and no water shoes required - but no pool. If you want to get to the reef from your otw villa, choose a time when the water is flat and it's such an easy walk to the edge of the reef where you can float around, being astonished by the snorkeling! 10/10 Pullman. You took such generous care of us!

Rahul and Sonita were amazing for our couples massage. So professional and made us feel some comfortable and relaxed. The massage was a perfect activity for our honeymoon and we would recommend to anyone that is also staying at the Pullman.
