酒店就是一个度假村，距离老城4公里，非常适合度假，每天有shuttle bus 到老城，1个小时一班，酒店有大片稻田，季节合适应该更美，服务员都很有礼貌，早餐也不错

I’ve had a wonderful stay at the Pullman in Luang Prabang. Although not being located in the center of the city, the property was still an amazing choice. The free shuttle bus to and from the center, which runs every hour, is great. Back at the resort my stay was elevated by the great staff that made me feel welcome. Staff members Mina and Khamchan especially made me feel right at home and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The Pullman is well situated in a quiet setting in Luang Prabang. The rooms and hotel are well taken care of. The pools were refreshing and kids room and gym were well equipped. The Spa staff was highly professional and experienced, the Lao massage was outstanding and reasonably priced. The restaurant breakfast was very good. We had the buffet one day and a la carte the other 2 days, and the food was very fresh and cooked to order. Service the 3rd day was excellent and attentive. The first couple days there was very few guests and we had to be more proactive with asking for service. The staff is outstanding! The level of service and attention are are excellent. Wendy at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful during check-in, out, as well as the entire stay! She is amazing! David at the front entrance went above and beyond consistently! We had an issue with our debit card getting kept by the ATM machine, and he called the bank and the next day he was able to have them retreive it and even took me to go get it. WOW, where do you get that service!!
