I thoroughly enjoyed my stay once again at your hotel—thank you for the continued great service. However, I did have a minor experience I wanted to bring to your attention. During my stay, I received a letter under my door advising that housekeeping had discovered a water leak in my room and that I should contact reception to arrange a room change. Unfortunately, I saw the note quite late that evening and, being tired, chose to wait until the next morning to contact reception. When I did speak with the team, they were very accommodating and offered to move me immediately. However, I was advised that the issue had been temporarily resolved. Since I was already settled and preferred not to pack and move again, I opted to remain in the same room. Given this slight inconvenience, I just wanted to check if there's anything that could be done as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks again for the hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again soon. Warm regards, Domenic V.
