We stayed for six nights as a couple, with our daughter with us for a couple of days. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast perfectly adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Our only gripe is the lack of hanging and storage/cupboard space. We took the tram from the airport and the hotel is only a short walk away (400 m) from the tram stop.

Stayed here on an easyJet city break. A good choice, excellent location all the main locations are in easy access, plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, which has a great atmosphere. Hotel room basic and a little noisy when bins are being emptied/ filled, late at night early morning, bathroom and shower excellent, room was clean with great room service, not overly generous with storage but enough for a short break. Breakfast a good but basic selection, fresh orange excellent, decent coffee and pastries. Staff very friendly and helpful, just to note a blind lady was staying at the hotel and one of the young men serving in the breakfast area couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, it was good to see the care he took. All in all a good stay.

Easy & straight forward check in. The rooms were a decent size & a really comfortable bed! It is no frills, no tea or coffee making facilities. There is hand wash & hair & body wash provided. The hair dryer isn’t the best, luckily I had brought my own, it looked more like a hoover attachment & is located in the bathroom. Breakfast is chaos! Too many people in the small area. One day we had to wait ages for a table, which wasn’t the best start to our day. There is enough food on offer, cold meats, pastries, fruit, bread etc but it just felt like a stressful experience. Great location though, plenty of bars & restaurants close by. There is a little bar over the road which did happy hour early evening & it was great. I would stay here again, but would probably not rely on it for breakfast & go out instead.

I made a reservation on Accor website, by mistake i had selected wrong dates i.e 25th Apr, but i am travelling to Nice from 6th May for 3 nights. I sent an email as soon as I received confirmation, there is absolutely no response to my email. I tried reaching them over the phone, i was upfront told no amendment can be made, and if i cancel no refund would be made. i requested to change the dates and even told i am ready to pay if there is any price difference. I am writing this review so that it reaches the right people and will get a resolution for my problem, my travel date is almost a month away, if possible please help.
