We stayed for 4 nights here. Check in was easy. Had a room on the 29th floor with Eiffel tower views. Room was clean - but a bit tired, needs refreshing, eg damage/poor repair on wall, bathroom tiles need regrouting/resealing. Air con very poor! And awful plasticky mattress protector on bed that made us sweat. (Should’ve removed it in hindsight). Location was good, supermarket handy - which you will need as no teabags/coffee or milk supplied! For what we paid (NZ$500/night) we expected better.

A very good location, close to a shopping mall, Eiffel tower and lots of dinning options within walking distance. Friendly and lovely staff, making sure our stay was enjoyable. Microwave and cooking amenities in the room was a bonus. Will stay again my next visit to Paris.

Thought i would write a review, after reading some bad ones I was worried about staying here, but I had nothing to worry about, room was gorgeous and spotless, location was fantastic, about 15min walk to the Eiffel tower. Staff were all friendly, staff at breakfast time were amazing, it was busy, but they didn't stop, bring fresh food out, cleaning tables, getting people seated as quickly as possible, they actually couldn't have done any more and I saw alot of other customer being rude and talking to staff like rubbish, thinking they were entitled. So if your are staying here, you have nothing to worry about.

First of all, I will agree with some of the other reviews and say that the staff are not particularly friendly and that yes there are elements of the room that are tired looking (particularly the bathroom). I would also not bother booking the breakfast as it is not great! If we were to stay here again we would go to the supermarket to buy breakfast. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We were on the 28th floor and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The apartment was so spacious! Had everything you could need fridge, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, hob. A five minute walk round the corner there is a fabulous supermarket Monoprix, puffy cookie and a big shopping centre with Zara, H&M and Pull & Bear in. About 20 minutes away is the Eiffel Tower. We would certainly stay in these apartments again as they were such good value for money!
