I stayed here with my daughter for a 2 night stopover. The reception staff were helpful, polite, ensuring all our needs were met. Change/upgrade of our room was no problem. The restaurant in the hotel has great value for their buffet offering. Tours desk organised a ticket to Burj Khalifa. The gentleman gave helpful recommendations for other activities and transport options. This was the last hotel at the end of a Europe trip. The atmosphere and service in this hotel concluded our trip with a very nice experience.

Spent three great nights here. Great restaurants with Arjun and Jone exceptional in their service and assistance. Also navvid from Al salaam tourism was wonderful in organising our tours and visits. Thanks friends we appreciated all you did to make stay memorable.

Excellent experience with the staff but mainly Nagla was an amazing person. Attending to every detail always wearing her best smile making the stay even more pleasurable . If you stay in this hotel, I would only wish you that Nagla will be there greating you at breakfast

I had the pleasure of staying here for over 10 days during a business trip and it truly felt like a home away from home. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to returning soon! A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Front Office team—Ritesh Mehta and colleagues, the amazing F&B team—Chef Akram, Ajay and many others and of course, a special shout-out to the unsung heroes of the hotel: the dedicated Housekeeping, Engineering and Security teams.
