I’ve been a guest at Pullman JLT for some time now, and the service has always been consistently excellent. The staff are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to make each stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’d like to especially highlight Mr. Susil from the housekeeping team. He is incredibly efficient, detail-oriented, and always ensures my room is perfectly clean and tidy. His friendliness and dedication to his work truly stand out. Thank you to the entire Pullman JLT team, and a special thanks to Mr. Susil for his outstanding service. I always look forward to returning!

The stay was very comfortable.The view is amazing and very beautiful I want to thank to everyone specially Shee from Hk and reception team . They are very helpful .Breakfast also very good .The location also very near with the metro. I will come back again .

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman hotel with my family. I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team, especially Mr.Faras from housekeeping supervisor and Mariyambi Harshada, usha for their excellent service. They cleaned my room regularly and always kept it spotless. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made my stay more comfortable and pleasant. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you!

Our stay at this hotel is exceedingly amazing. Rooms service is superb. All hotel staffs are very courteous and cordial. They are all time ready to make you feel special. Food quality is too good. Pool and bar at the top is prepared to soak you up in a different environment. Special mention for Resturant Staff Anish for making us feel homely through his personalised services. Manoj Sharma

My stay was very nice specially when I checked out reception Intan give me late check out and every was friendly. My room was clean and view is wonderful during check in Muhammad help me with lugguge and Lorijoy very kind I will be back soon and stay in pullman again
