The lift was amazing, the room extremely budget, ours was a disabled room all fine except the toilet it was not a disabled toilet far too low. Called the 24 hr emergency number for instruction to work the air con, no one answered or returned a call. The room rate was high, breakfast chaos no cups no glasses no cutlery too many people in such a small space
