This is the worst hotel and the worst service I have ever come across in my entire life .i have been a regular in this hotel since 3 years but honestly this is the worst service ever . I made reservations through the receptionist and I clearly informed him it’s was for 2 people.however I had a visitor about 4 hours into my stay and as a standard procedure I gave the id of my visitor to the reception.my visitor left about 2 hours time into the visit.in the morning of my check out at 7:30 am I got a visitor and went to the receptionist Ahmad to give her ID for scanning.i was informed by Ahmad the receptionist that I can not have anymore visitors since I already had a visitor yesterday.i was so shocked and asked what’s the reason behind that cause I had visitor yes and the visitor left shortly .more over I have never heard of this before.Ahmad spoke to me in a very very rude manner and told me am a regular in this hotel so I supposed to know this rule .i asked to speak to a manager Ahmad declined me in a rude manner and told me I don’t need to speak to any manger to explain further to me.i insisted in an argument with him that I want to speak to a manager,he then called Deon on the phone and placed it on a loud speak .i spoke to Deon who said he was the night manager and explained to him that I booked the room for 2 people but upon check in I gave only my id and informed that my second person will come later.i told him I only had a visitor after check in and I gave the id to be scanned I now have a visitor with me and am being informed by Ahmad that I cannot have any more visitors. Deon spoke to rudely and also used the word that am regular and supposed to know this rule. I told him the room was for 2 and he can check even how many scanned id I have in the system.he told no my room was booked for one person.I clearly told him I made the booking at the reception with one of their staff and got checked in by this same person .he rudely told me that he just asked the person who checked me in and he just told him that I told was for one person and did say it’s two and that the other person will come later.i asked that are seriously believing your staff over what I am telling you .instead of you admitting you staff did a mistake by not changing my pax. He ended by telling I can not have any visitor and nothing he can do abt that. Honestly this the worse humiliation and rudeness I have ever experienced from people who call themselves hospitality workers. I will never recommend this place to anyone cause I be happy for anyone to go through the humiliation and rudeness I faced from the staffs here.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely memorable, thanks to the amazing staff—especially Akshay and Pragya. They went above and beyond to help us right from the start, even taking the time to show us the room personally. I was quite confused about getting around Dubai, but the way they explained everything to me and my family was just outstanding. What really touched me was that Akshay even explained things to my parents in our local language—such a thoughtful gesture. The Twine restaurant was another highlight—fantastic food and ambiance! I had visited Dubai years ago and honestly didn’t have the best experience, but this stay changed everything. Every single staff member, not just at the reception, was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel’s location is perfect with easy metro access to downtown, which made getting around super convenient. I’m already recommending this place to all my colleagues and family, and I’m really excited for my next visit!
