My stay at Sofitel Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm hospitality to the beautifully maintained grounds, every detail was perfect. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, and the pillows were honestly the fluffiest I’ve ever felt! The service was attentive without being intrusive. I genuinely loved everything about my time here and left with the most beautiful memories. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Undoubtedly, it is one of the memorable stays we've had. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with utmost warmth and attentiveness. The staff is kind and helpful. They gave us lot of inputs on local information and whereabouts whenever we needed guidance. The property is gorgeous. The huge water lily pond is calming as you walk to your room. Every evening they have the bell and candle ceremony to mark the end of the day, which is a nice traditional touch. The facilities at the property are equally great - huge pool with bar and sun decks, the spa therapists are fabulous, the breakfast spread is massive, the housekeeping staff is attentive to any requirements, the Champagne bar is worth exploring. The proximity to the temples is a huge bonus. Highly recommend booking your stay at Sofitel Siem Reap!

From the moment I arrived I felt surrounded by warmth, care, and kindness. The beauty of the gardens and the calm atmosphere are unforgettable, but what truly touched me was the people. Every smile, every gesture felt genuine, like I was more than just a guest. The team here carries a quiet grace that comes from true passion. It was clear that everyone, from the lovely staff to the General Manager himself, gives their heart to what they do. Breathtaking place!

Probably the nicest hotel on the entire trip. The pool was beautiful, the lily pond was impressive with the giant lily pads. We walked on elevated walkways over the pond to get to our room. While I didn't use any of the spa services several friends did and were very impressed. Great buffet breakfast too. Staff & service were excellent.

We loved Siem Reap and this hotel was a great choice. The food was very good in the restaurant and the pool. The service was also very good particularly at the reception. Also enjoyed the massage. We had a ground floor room overlooking the pool which we liked as could walk to the pool easily. It was very clean. I would recommend staying here whe in Siem Reap. It is very relaxing . Which we did after cycling to the temples. Loved it what a place. Book it and visit the temples and the city itself to eat and soak up the atmosphere.
