Le personnel d’accès est trop long. J’ai fait 2 réservations pour 2 nuits consécutives : - pour les avoir au téléphone, impossible seulement au bout de 5 jours avec des appels à toute heure. - réponse au bout de 5 jours, je leur explique que j’ai fait 2 réservations pour 2 nuits et que je souhaiterais la même chambre. On me répond pas de problème c’est fait. Le jour de mon arrivée, j’ai du attendre trois quarts d’heure car rien a été fait bref … Ménage mal fait, voir pas du tout dans la salle de bain. Pour 2 nuits à 250 € sans petit déjeuner, je ne suis pas content et je ne reviendrai pas. Pour info mon travail m’impose des déplacements toutes les semaines dans toute la France. Donc je fais beaucoup d’hôtels et ces la première fois que ça m’arrive. La moindre des choses serait peut être un dédommagement, car cette réservation était personnelle pour une visite en Auvergne avec ma compagne et nous avons été très déçu de l’hôtel. Je vous laisse revenir vers moi si besoin. Cordialement

The experience had plusses and minuses. Some points: I appreciated the complimentary jacuzzi session since it was very difficult to get time in the sauna due to so many people trying to use it at the same time. Same with pool. Too many people on the weekend. The room was nice - clean, simple, in good condition except the hair dryer fixed onto the wall was broken. Usually there are lotions, in addition to soap in hotel rooms so I was surprised there was no lotion in the bathroom of the hotel room. But I loved the body gel soap was really nice. The variety of food and drinks at breakfast was well appreciated. The elevator wasn’t very clean. It was great to have the option to use the fitness room. 🙏🏼
