Wonderful location with private shuttle to Mont Saint-Michel

Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet. The shuttle service was included and ran continuously. The reason for a 4 instead of a 5 was the electronic entrance and exit to the area. There is a gate that is operated by code or QR code ticket. Prior to arrival, the hotel sent me an email with a code for "parking" which was the code to enter. Having no idea how to operate the gate, gate we pulled off the side and called the hotel who gave us a code to enter and the machine gave us a QR code ticket. We went out for dinner with no problem, but it did not work on the way back and once again called the hotel. The machine is run by a third party and we spent some time trying to leave at the end of out stay. The hotel could not help us and we escaped by quickly following a car in front of us so the barrier would not hit our car. An unnecessary obstacle to a nice stay.

First of all this hotel is fine for one night. Second they have a good restaurant at this hotel 🏨. Third the the people who work here are very nice. Fourth they have good wine too. Fifth The breakfast 🍳 is good too . Six this hotel 🏨 is modern. Lastly I stay here again.

We stayed in the annex building that is newly renovated and was excellent! The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the shower large and a separate toilet room. The bed was very comfortable with perfect pillows! The breakfast was wonderful as well as the dinner in the Hôtel restaurant. The location fantastic with a free shuttle taking you to the base of Mont St Michel that runs almost continuously until 2300! We had cold A/C which really matters to us! The only draw back is no elevator, but we just stayed 1 night so no problem.

We paid for the location. Large room on upper floor with large window that opened to trees and yard. Needed open window (noisy birds early) or room to hot. Closed door to corridor to reduce noise from other guests. TINY toilet room. Dangerously high tub. Breakfast and dinner good in restaurant. Do book early for dinner or you won't get in. Additional parking to left of hotel entrance.

This was an expensive hotel, nice and close to Mont St Michel which suited us well, however the rooms for a Mercure weren’t that great - they were clean and comfortable, bathroom was okay but it was just okay. I was expecting a much higher standard.
