We had an exellent stay last weekend in this hotel. Already the booking confirmation, and the reply to our parking related question was great. We were warmly welcomed both at the reception and in the restaurant. The room was tidy and clean. We spent a long day at the Carolus Thrmen that is in walking distance, and to be able to relax was important for us. And we did. The coice that we have a dinner in the hotel was a good choice. We got an excellent service and meal. The breakfast offered wide variety of food and drink. Since the car park is big, we were able to leave the car at the carpark after checkout and have a siteseeing walk to the catedral. Actually the buses 11 and 21 go to the centre but the walking was only 30 minutes. In brief, the hotel is good to have a relaxing stay, visit the thermal and the old centre of the town. Summer the external pool could be also an option. Thans for the attentive treatment we got. See you next time.

good room and facilities, but service could be better

firstly, the pos activated dcc, my money was deducted in usd and i was charged extra 3%service fee, even though i didn’t choose to pay in usd. another issue is that my nationality is not korean but chinese, i had already filled in my personal details on all.con but it seems that the receptionist didn’t see that and manually typed a wrong nationality on my bill with her assumption

Sluggish check-in process to pay the correct amount for the reservation made on the website (the receptionist initially wanted to charge us more than double). Very average breakfast, with coffee in particular being below the expected standards.
